The following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and maha 6 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of maha 6, including the website at maha-6.com, all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support interactions.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the maha 6 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the maha 6 platform.

1.1 Platform Availability

1.2 Language and Communication

These Terms are written in English. All official communications from maha 6 to registered players — including account notifications, promotional offers, support responses, and policy updates — will be delivered in English. 1.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of fair dealing and consumer protection. Any dispute arising from the use of the maha 6 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. maha 6 is operated by a private entity and does not represent, and makes no claim to represent, any governmental or regulatory body in Bangladesh.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

maha 6 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any game or betting market, make a deposit, or claim any promotional offer. Use of the platform by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether a parent or guardian has provided consent.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to use maha 6, you must:

• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;

• Be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Age Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, all players must successfully complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, or a valid Bangladesh passport. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until documentation is received and verified.

maha 6 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during a player's use of the platform, including during initial registration, prior to the first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a player may not meet the eligibility criteria set out above.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each eligible player may hold exactly one registered account on maha 6. Opening, operating, or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. maha 6 employs automated and manual duplicate-account detection measures and will suspend any accounts identified as duplicates.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on maha 6, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• A valid, personal email address that you own and have exclusive access to;
• Your Bangladesh mobile phone number (used for SMS OTP verification and two-factor authentication);
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 18 or above;
• A secure password of your own choosing, meeting the minimum complexity requirements specified during registration.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your maha 6 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. maha 6 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.3 One Account Per Person

One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is the standard enforced by maha 6. Where multiple accounts are identified as originating from the same player — regardless of the names or payment methods used — maha 6 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold winnings generated through abuse of the one-account rule pending investigation.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on maha 6 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). maha 6 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer options are also available for players using Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and selected other major Bangladeshi financial institutions.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• maha 6 does not charge any fee on deposits. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees — please consult your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account terms for details.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being subject to review.
• maha 6 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming measures.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Successful KYC identity verification is required before any withdrawal is approved. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays.
• maha 6 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion rules before they become eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring

maha 6 monitors all financial transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, and bonus abuse. Transactions that trigger our automated fraud detection systems may be placed on hold pending manual review. maha 6 complies with applicable anti-money laundering principles and reserves the right to request additional documentation to support large or unusual transactions.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

maha 6 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonus amounts are credited in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they are convertible to withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the player's account without further notice.
• maha 6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a player has already opted in to an active promotion, existing wagering progress will be respected up to the point of modification.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract value without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. User Obligations

By using maha 6, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations are binding on all registered players and must be observed throughout the entire period of account use.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on maha 6:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or share information in a way that provides an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in connection with your account, identity, or any transaction;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any component of the maha 6 platform;
• Using maha 6 as a channel for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through known bugs must be reported immediately and will be voided if not reported;
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise sharing abusive, offensive, defamatory, or harassing content through any communication channel on the maha 6 platform.

6.2 Responsible Use

Section 07

Account Suspension & Closure

maha 6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Player-initiated account closure requests are also honoured at any time.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by maha 6

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, identity theft, or financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence of duplicate accounts or account sharing;
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Underage access or provision of false age information during registration;
• Abusive conduct directed at maha 6 staff or other players.

7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Any player may request the closure of their maha 6 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, maha 6 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds (less any active bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. 7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all unused bonus balances and associated free spins are immediately forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. maha 6 retains transaction and account records in accordance with its data retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

maha 6 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maha 6 excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — in connection with the platform and its content.

8.1 Service Availability

maha 6 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may cause temporary interruptions. maha 6 will not be liable for any losses — including loss of gaming session progress or time-sensitive betting opportunities — caused by platform downtime, network interruptions, or device failures outside of maha 6's direct control.

8.2 Gaming Outcomes

All games and betting markets on maha 6 involve an inherent element of chance. maha 6 does not guarantee any particular gaming outcome, return to player rate in any individual session, or profitability. The house edge and RTP figures published for individual games are statistical averages across large sample sizes and do not represent a guarantee of returns in any individual session.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the extent that maha 6 is found liable to any player for any cause whatsoever, maha 6's total aggregate liability to that player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. maha 6 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind.
